At Nicole's Oven Delights, we are dedicated to crafting delectable desserts that delight your senses. Our team takes pride in our artisanal approach and commitment to using high-quality ingredients. From playful birthday confections to elegant wedding cakes, we strive to exceed your expectations with every bite.

Policies
Occasion Cakes/Cupcakes/Cookies/& Other Desserts
Orders require a minimum of 14 days prior to your event, depending on the complexity of the design; some designs require more time. When availability permits, efforts to accept shorter notice will be taken. Minimum order for cupcakes and other small desserts is 12. Payment is required at the time of booking to secure the spot.

Wedding Cakes
Wedding dates are subject to availability and often book far in advance. Please order a minimum 2 months prior to your event.
Deposit
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your date and confirm your order.
Final Payments
Final payments are due at time of pick up or delivery, except for wedding orders. Final payments for weddings is 1 month prior to your event date
Refunds
Payments are non-refundable. If your event is postponed or rescheduled, your deposit will be credited for a future event date (dependent on open availability).
Food Allergies
Please inform us of any allergies when you place your order.. Every effort will be made to make your order free of allergens, however all cakes, fillings, and icings are made in the same kitchen with the same equipment and utensils and therefore we cannot guarantee 100% allergen free.
Outdoor Events
Any products placed outside during an event has the possibility of melting or changing form due to weather conditions (heat, wind, rain, & humidity). We are not responsible for orders once they have been delivered or picked up.
Artistic Expression Disclaimer
All custom cakes and desserts are unique works of art, and while we strive to meet your vision, variations in design, color, and flavor may occur. We appreciate your understanding as we create a delicious masterpiece tailored just for you.
Photographs
We photograph all of our products and reserve the right to use any photographs for display or promotional purposes without client compensation or permission.
